You have total control over your recurring orders through your customer portal - easily pause, swap products, change your order frequency, or cancel at any time before your next renewal date.

How to manage your subscription online:

1. Magic Link: Click the secure, passwordless login link sent to your email by Recharge — either when you first subscribed or in any shipping confirmation email.
2. Store Account: Head to our Subscriber Portal, or click "Subscriber Login" in the footer at the bottom of our website.

Once you're in, select the active subscription you want to adjust, then choose:

• Pause Subscription — if you need extra time to finish your current jar.
• Reschedule — select "Next Order Date" to push your next delivery to a specific day.
• Swap Product (or "Edit Product") — switch to a different item on your subscription.
• Cancel — scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Cancel Subscription."

If you swap products, your 15% subscriber discount will apply to your new item, and it will ship on your next scheduled renewal date.
