What can I cook with beef tallow?Updated a month ago

Unlike seed oils such as canola, corn, and soybean oil, which oxidise easily at high temperatures, tallow remains chemically stable - perfect for frying, sautéing, and searing - and great for baking!

  • Frying: Steak, eggs, potatoes, chicken wings
  • Roasting: Vegetables, meats, nuts
  • Sautéing: Garlic, onions, mushrooms
  • Baking: Pastries, crusts, biscuits
